Q1. How can I do an exchange?
My G-Shop items have been provided the products real pictures to meet your satisfaction. However, should the item you have ordered possess any manufacturer-default, we will proceed with the exchange of your purchase. We allow exchange within 7 days after receiving the item (The 7 days frame starts from the date customer receives the item to the date of mailing it out). My G-Shop only accepts returns on items that are unused and which are in their original packaging with tag intact.
The costs and risks incurred for returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. |
